Perinatal & Postpartum Care
I have been certified to provide specialized care in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders through Postpartum Support International and I am an advisor to their local chapter board.
Psychiatry
I am a board certified general adult psychiatrist. I both obtained my M.D. and completed my residency in general adult psychiatry at Cornell University, New York Hospital in New York. I have also completed the post graduate fellowship in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the New Orleans-Birmingham Psychoanalytic Center, where I am currently a member. I also have a masters in social work from New York University which I obtained prior to medical school.
